This sprocket is engineered specifically for the QS165 60H v3 motor with the newer 16/20 mm 6-spline output shaft.

Before ordering, please verify that your motor uses the 16/20 mm 6-spline shaft configuration.

Widest spline diameter: 20.0 mm
Narrowest spline diameter: 16.0 mm

QS165 Installation

This sprocket is the correct production component for the QS165 60H v3. The QS165 does not use a locking plate or the associated bolts when installing this sprocket.

Some current packages may contain a locking plate and black bolts left over from an earlier packaging configuration. These are surplus components and are not used for QS165 installation. Their inclusion does not affect the sprocket’s fitment, function, or quality.
